  1. Enter your phootoons.com 'username'
    This is your email address, not including @domainname.com

  2. Click the Mail button
    This accesses the phootoons mail server as 'username'

  3. Enter you full email address and passwood at the logon
    This logs you into the mail server

  4. A page will open that gives the choice of using
    NeoMail, Horde, or to change your password.

    It would be possible to allow phootons.com email to go
    directly to either NeoMail or Horde, but we think the choice
    should be yours. Furthernore, this page is the only page
    that you can change your password yourself…without phoo.

    Horde mail will prompt for username and password yet again.
    If the fields aren't already be filled in wih the correctly
    enter your full address and password.

  1. If you have already registered, simply log in by entering your
    username and password. Then select which chat room
    you would like to enter and press the Chat button.

  2. Else you can simply enter the default room using any
    unused username you choose (leave the password blank), but
    your username won't be reserved. Any other user may reuse the
    same username once you have logged out.

  3. Warning: Netscape users must define their language as the
    default encoding or else each character in messages will be
    replaced by a '?'.

    This can be done as follows:
         - View/CharacterSet/your language Auto-Detect,
        then
         - View/CharacterSet/SetDefault.
